and Todd Vilardi
Shannon
and Todd have been collaborating since 2001. Both are self
taught artists, who’s focus is to deconstruct universal
images, such as the American flags shown here, to illuminate
the culturally significant role of the common person in society.
By reconstructing these popular images using individual toy
soldiers, they recognize and pay tribute to the importance
of each separate person in our collective world.
